Another Anniversay Giveaway! Day 2

Happy Stampin’ Anniversary to me!

Yes, that’s right……I am coming up on my 10th Anniversay with Stampin’Up! This has been the MOST amazing journey! I have met wonderful stampers that I can truly say are my friends! All of them! Some have decided to join me by being a part of Team DSP and some come to classes, clubs and other events. I am so grateful to have each and every one of you in my life! You have made my life full!

In celebration, I am going to do a week of blog post ideas and giveaways! Lots of giveaways! And stay tuned for my actual anniversary, March 28th! That is the day to get in on lots of bonus items!

Todays inspiration for you is cased from the Occasions Catalog with a pop up suprise!

Cut a piece of Pacific Point CS to 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”, score at 4 1/4”. Fold on the score line than add a layer of Balmy Blue cut to 4” x 5 1/4” followed by a layer of Gala Gingham DSP cut to 3 3/4” c 5”.

Cut the two large images from the Beautiful Butterfly framelits-one from Pacific Point CS and the other from Balmy Blue CS. Use Tombow glue to adhere these two cut images together. Then, adhere these to the card front.
Add pearl jewels to the center butterfly.

Punch a large butterfly from the Ginham Gala DSP and stamp with a desired greeting. I used the “hello” stamp from Beauty Abounds Stamp set.
Punch a small butterfly from BalmyBlue CS. Add the small butterfly to one wing of the large butterfly.

Cut a three inch by 1/2” strip of vellum CS. Tuck this in between the pacific point base and the balmy blue layer and secure. Add the butterfly to the tip of the vellum with a glue dot. Add small pearl jewels to the center of the small balmy blue butterfly.

As you close the card, tuck the vellum strip into the center fold of the card. When you open the card, the butterflies will pop up!
