In Tuesday’s live, Johnna mentioned that she had seen another demo use the Party Banner Dies to create a gift card holder. While I did not ask the name, I did decide to challenge myself to creating a gift card pocket in a card for today. I decided to create a card with a pocket on top of a card.

Card stock: Secret Sea cut to 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
Cloud Cover cut to 4 1/4″ x 6″, scored at 3″ and scrap for die cutting
Basic White cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and scrap for die cutting
Celebratory Sips DSP #165586 $12.50 cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and a piece cut to 2 3/4″ x 4″ and scraps for hand trimming

My next card might be considered a fun fold, although it is not really. It does have a very unique look to the card base.
