The Harvest Hoopla will be a fun, festive, quality retreat whether you choose the in person or the TO GO option.
While the ideal location for a retreat is in a hotel, Autumn in New England makes it truly unaffordable! So, I opted to host in our usual spot in Windham, NH. There are many hotels all within a 10 minute drive of the location, all with different rates and amenities!
The retreat will include 4 classes with a total of 16 Make & Takes (more below), a corduroy travel bag filled with over $50 in new products, 4 “pillow” gifts, door prizes and more! The TOGO option will include shipping ($18). The In Person option includes table space and food (more below). Price is $119 for either option, only $5 more than last year! EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION- Sunday, August 17-24, 2025
Register for the Harvest Hoopla Retreat, either in person or TOGO by 11:59PM on Sunday, September 24th, (or until the event sells out), and receive the class to make this wooden Pumpkin decor! This wooden pumpkin is painted, Modge Podged and has a topper of acorns, paper leaves and ribbons! You can hang this piece with Command Strips or place in a dish holder to make any area of your home festive and fun! Everything will be included to complete the project as shown with the exception of Tombow liquid glue or hot glue to add the bow topper.
Please Note: Any 12 x 12 DSP that is included in goody bags or in classes, will not be cut to my typical 6 x 12. It will be shipped as 12 x 12 sheets as we will be shipping in large flat rate boxes.
You will have the option to ADD ON any of the stamp sets/bundles used in these classes for no additional shipping. If you were to purchase them yourself directly from SU, you would accrue 10% rewards to be redeemed at a future time. I will not be charging you the 11% shipping rates from SU at the time of ordering the retreat.
Please note that I am unable to place photos of unreleased items in my newsletters, etc. I will show the additional products in the videos, should you want to add on any products.

In Person schedule:
Friday, October 3rd 5PM-10PM
–Stop by, check in, get your bags and classes
–choose your table space
–bring your own dinner if you have not eaten
–enjoy an ice cream sundae bar while we socialize (7pm)
–feel free to bring any projects from home that you would like to work on in addition to the retreat. I will have additional items for sale to work on while you are there too!
–the building will be locked up tight, so feel free to leave items overnight
Saturday, October 4th 8AM-10PM
–Check in if you did not Friday night.
–Work at your own pace.
–There will be a light breakfast of muffins and quiche
–There will be plenty of coffee, tea, water, granola bars, chips, cookies and snacks throughout the day!
–feel free to bring a cooler with soda, etc as you will have plenty of table space!
–Pack your own lunch or order out local
–Themed Dinner buffet-please reach out if you have allergies.
Sunday, October 5th 8am-4pm
–lunch provided along with plenty of snacks, coffee, tea and water
–work at your own pace
Now, the fun part! The classes.
Class 1–Autumn Toile Class (included in the price of retreat)
This class includes one Fun Fold that can or cannot be used as a gift card holder.
4 gorgeous, fall themed cards complete with lots of details and die cuts to make them extra special! 1/2 package of the 12 x 12 Autumn Toile DSP and a package of Streaked Dots, some of which you will use in your card kits will be in your goody bag
Class 2–Gathering Together (included in the price of the retreat)
4 beautifully elegant, fall themed cards. A 1/2 pack of 12 x 12 Gathering Together DSP and a package of Cajun Craze & Gold Dots will be in your goody bag, some of which will be used on your cards
Class 3–Light of Aurora (included in the retreat)
Looking for different? This class fits the bill! Four cards with lots of die cut layers featuring the Northern Lights! This class will also contain ½ pack of the 6 x 6 Lights of Aurora DSP and a package of the Frosted Iridescent Dots, some of which will be used on your cards.
Class 4–Fluffy Squirrel (included with the retreat)
This class will come with everything needed to complete the four card kits except stamps and ink.
I am offering some additional classes that you can add for no additional shipping! We will tuck them right into your package.
Do you really want to fill up your weekend with projects? You can register for the following classes too., with no additional shipping charges! If you are in person, I will have any needed stamps and inks to complete these classes. TOGO kits will need inks and stamp set or an equivalent stamp set from your stash to substitute with. Or, purchase them when purchasing the retreat and I will ship them to you at no additional charge, an 11% savings!
ADD ON Class 1–Gingerbread Man Class Cost is $20
–includes three cut and die cut cards and a package of Real Red & White Adhesive Backed Peppermints, to be used on your cards with spares left over!
ADD ON Class 2–Patterned Tags Class Cost $20

–includes everything needed to create 6 extra large, detailed gift tags to adorn your packages or throw them on a card base for a quick and easy cards!
ADD ON Class 3 Spooky Halloween $30–***Please note that this may be offered as a weekly Spotlight Class in September
–includes everything needed to complete 3 cards and two treat, including the candy!
–1/2 pack of 12 x 12 sheets of Spooky Sweet DSP and a package Shimmer Star Foam Stickers to be used on the projects.
–TOGO stampers: For all classes (included or add on), you will need basic crafters supplies such as paper snips, adhesive, stamps with greeting, inks/markers/colored pencils.
–In person crafters: I will have all inks, markers, stamps, etc needed to complete all classes. You will simply need your basic adhesives, dimensionals, paper snips, bone folders, etc.I will have some available for sale for the weekend as well, should you forget yours.

WHERE TO STAY: I must admit, I have not stayed at any of these places myself. Based on some recommendations of friends, I have chosen to list these places of varying degree in price and amenities. All are located in the next town over from Windham and just a short drive to the hall. Windham is a small, upscale community with no lodging. Salem is just north of the Massachusetts border. If you decide to make a vacation of it, there are a lot of great historical places to visit like Boston, Gloucester and more all within about 30-45 minutes drive south to Mass!
Some out of state guests are staying at Homeward Suites by Hilton Manchester Airport.

The Holiday Inn and La Quinta are more budget friendly and only about 6 miles from the hall. The Artisan is more upscale and located in a very cool shopping, dining district that was recently built in the last several years. It is located about 8 miles from the hall.
