The Harvest Hoopla will be a fun, festive, quality retreat whether you choose the in person or the TO GO option.

While the ideal location for a retreat is in a hotel, Autumn in New England makes it truly unaffordable! The location that we have been using for years, notified me last week that it will be unavailable this fall while they go through many structural and cosmetic renovations. While this makes me truly sad as it has served us so well, we scrambled and found another location nearby. We will be at the Londonderry Senior Center on Mammoth Road in Londonderry, NH. If you have booked a hotel, i will have some location difference information below. Your room will still work, but there are others closer.

The new Londonderry location is 12 miles and a 15-minute drive from the Windham location. If you booked in Salem, it is 4 exits up 93 from exit 1 in Salem. Certainly, this is doable. There are closer hotels on the Londonderry/Manchester line. Information below. I apologize for this change!!! It was a last-minute scramble, and I am considering myself very lucky that I was able to find an affordable, location at this late date.

THE GREAT NEWS IS THE PARKING SITUATION!!! There are 25-30 spots directly in front of the door with 4-6 handicap spaces and a side lot. Sunday mourning church parking will not be an issue! No more walking up that huge ramp from the parking lot in Windham either…..this is very convenient!

The retreat will include 4 classes with a total of 17 Make & Takes (more below), a tote bag filled with over $65 in new products, 5 “pillow” gifts and more! The TOGO option will include shipping boxes so that all DSP can ship as 12 x 12 sheets. The In Person option includes table space (you do not need to stay all weekend!) and food (more below). Price is $125 for either option. This is $6 more than last year, but as you all know, everything has significant increased costs this year. I was thankful to be able to keep the increase to a minimum! JAMMIES WELCOME FOR BOTH OPTIONS! **See where to stay at the bottom.

Most of the products used are pre-orders and go live September 1st. As a result, I encourage you to place your registration order sooner rather than later. If SU! sells out of products, I will be forced to shut down the registration. In person has limits, although the new hall is larger so we can accommodate a few more.

I am happy to take payment plans, if needed. Simply register as paying by check and then email me details about what works for you. You can send checks or I can PayPal invoice as needed.

Please Note: Any 12 x 12 DSP that is included in goody bags or in classes, will not be cut. It will be shipped as 12 x 12 sheets as we will be shipping in large flat rate boxes.

You will have the option to ADD ON any of the stamp sets/bundles used in these classes for no additional shipping. If you were to purchase them yourself directly from SU, you would accrue 10% rewards to be redeemed at a future time. I will not be charging you the 11% shipping rates from SU at the time of ordering the retreat.

In Person schedule:

Friday, October 2nd 5PM-10PM

–Stop by, check in, get your bags and classes

–choose your table space

–bring your own dinner if you have not eaten

–enjoy an ice cream sundae bar while we socialize (7pm)

–feel free to bring any projects from home that you would like to work on in addition to the retreat. I will have additional items for sale to work on while you are there too!

–please bring adhesives, scissors, bone folders and any drinks or snacks you would like for the weekend. There is a very large fridge that you can store drinks, etc for the weekend, just be sure to put your name on them. We will have adhesives for sale and all stamps, dies and inks needed to complete the classes there.

–the building will be locked up tight, so feel free to leave items overnight

Saturday, October 3rd 8AM-10PM

–Check in if you did not Friday night.

–Work at your own pace.

–There will be a light breakfast when you arrive

–There will be plenty of coffee, tea, water, granola bars, chips, cookies and snacks throughout the day!

–Pack your own lunch or order out local

–Themed Dinner buffet-please reach out if you have allergies. No 4 hour lasagna this year,,haha. If you know, you know!

Sunday, October 4th 8AM-5PM

–Light breakfast when you arrive

–lunch provided along with plenty of snacks, coffee, tea and water

–work at your own pace

Now, the fun part! The classes.

There are four full classes included in the retreat class (value of $25-$30 per class) plus one optional add on class.Your goody bag will contain the products needed for the classes. It will include one full package of DSP and three different 1/2 packs of DSP. In addition, you will receive 2 packages of embellishments that you will use on all four of the classes.

Like all my classes, we will prep the card kits so that you can spend your time enjoying completing them. All die cutting, embossing, etc will be done for you.

Please note: all classes will need stamps, inks and adhesive, which are not included. These cards are designed so that you can use what stamps and inks you have at home. In Person retreat locations will have stamps and inks for use during the retreat.

All classes will include printed, written directions and envelopes for each card.

IN PERSON: Please note: I will have the new Hot Foil System and a class available to purchase at the event. This create the most extraordinary projects and I am excited for you all to try it pout this weekend! You cannot pre-register for this class as I have not yet designed it due to the chaotic construction here! haha

Class 1: The Radiant Sunflowers Class

This class includes 1/2 pack of the Sunflower Fields DSP and a pack of the Radiant Gems to be used on your cards

Class 2: Autumn Opulence Class

5 beautifully fall themed cards featuring the upcoming Online Exclusive DSP. You will receive a full package of DSP with this classAlthough we will cut the DSP pieces for you, you will open and use the die cut pieces from your paper pack to complete these cards with plenty left over to make more!

Class 3: The Painted Patch Class:

This class will include 1/2 package of the Painted Patch 12 x 12 DSP as well as a package of the Painted Patch Adhesive backed Dots to be used on your cards.

Class 4: The Garden Tile Class

This class will include 1/2 package of the Mosaic Garden Retreat as well as a package of the Glossy Garden Dots to be used on all cards in the retreat.

I am offering one additional holiday class that you can purchase to add on to the retreat for no additional shipping costs! Fill up your weekend with a fun Christmas themed class!

Add On Class: Christmas Mouse

You will get everything cut, die cut and 1/2 package of the A Little Christmas DSP and a full package of the Christmas Epoxy Shapes to be used on your cards

–TOGO stampers: For all classes (included or add on), you will need basic crafters supplies such as paper snips, adhesive, stamps with greeting, inks/markers/colored pencils.

–In person crafters: I will have all inks, markers, stamps, etc needed to complete all classes. You will simply need your basic adhesives, dimensionals, paper snips, bone folders, etc.I will have some available for sale for the weekend as well, should you forget yours.

WHERE TO STAY?

I must admit, I have never stayed at any of these locations. This was simply an internet search. Londonderry, mileage wise is a very large town. The Senior Center is at the northern tip of the town, close to Manchester, NH.

Some out of state guests are staying at Homeward Suites by Hilton Manchester Airport.
