Rolling Waves Spotlight Class

This bundle has so much potential and I have only just begun to play with this coastal set!

The first card this week is a simple fun fold. It has a classic New England coastal feel to it!

Stamps: Rolling Waves #167142 $20 Bundle #156145 $51.25

Inks: Balmy Blue, Crumb Cake

Card stock: Balmy Blue cut to 11” x 4 ¼”, scored at 5 ½”. Then cut off 3” from the 11” side-save to be used on the card front.

White cut to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” and a piece cut to 2 3/8” x 4 1/8”. You also need two pieces cut to 2 7/8” x 4 1/8”. You will need a piece cut to ½” x 4” for the greeting

Crumb Cake cut to 3” x 4 ¼”

The next card uses some Shimmer paper to accentuate the waves.

Card stock: Balmy Blue cut to 8 ½” x 5 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”.                                                               Two Tone Basic Beige cut to 5” x 3 ¼”                    Pastels Shimmer Paper #167198 $10 for die cutting                                                                                  Pool Party cut to 5” x 3” then die cut.                                    White cut to 5” x 3 ¾” and ½” x 4”                                       Two Tone Crumb Cake cut to5 ¼” x 4” and a piece cut to 5 ¼” x 3 ½”

The next card in this class is fun because it has a pearl hidden in that clam!

Inks: Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral & Early Espresso. White craft ink

Card stock: Lost Lagoon cut to 11” x 4 ¼”, scored at 5 ½”.  

White cut to 4” x 5 ¼” and extra for die cutting

Two Tone Crumb Cake cut to 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”

Two Tone Lagoon and Two Tone Petal Pink for die cutting

Basic Beige cut to 4” x 4”

Beach Boardwalk DSP #166820 $12.50 cut to 4” x 3 ½”. Then, mark 1 ¼” on the 3 ½” side. Cut on a diagonal from that point to the opposite corner. Save the diagonal cut for the inside of the card.

The final card of this class is done in a much deeper ocean tone. I used both Azure Afternoon and Gorgeous Grape to add depth of color to the “ocean water”.

Card stock: Crumb Cake cut to 8 ½” x 5 ½”, scored at 4 ¼” and scrap 

Azure cut to 4” x 5 ¼” and extra for die cutting and punching. You also need a piece cut to 2 ¾” x 5” for die cutting                                                                                                                                             

Two Tone Crumb Cake cut to 5” x 2”

Basic White cut to 5 ¼” x 4” for the liner and scrap for die cutting

Perennial Lavender DSP cut to  1” x 2”
