This week I worked with various Embossing folders so that I could show you Techniques, Tips and Styles.
Our first card today actually makes two cards. It features product that will be released on September 1st from Stampin’ Up! This techniques creates two cards, while cutting layers apart. We focused on matching the pattern on the embossed layers.

Stamps: Dreamy SnowFlakes #168378 $24 Bundle #168385 $$58.50 (available 9/1/26)
Inks: Secret Sea
Card stock: Secret Sea cut to 8 ½” x 5 ½”
BasicWhitecut to 3 7/8” x 5 1/8”-cut two and scrap
Secret Sea and Silver Foil cut to 3 ¾” x 5” ( this will actually make two cards, so double all the other card stock cuts as these are measurements for 1 card)
Our next card features two techniques in one card. So, a beautiful way to highlight an embossing folder is to use it on the top half of your card, paired with a DSP at the bottom. Another way to highlight embossing is to emboss a piece of DSP, typically used as a full card front. This card combines the two techniques. This card also features new products that release on 9/1/26 by SU!

The third card today uses ink applied to the DE-bossed side of the card stock. This can add a interesting look, especially when a little white ink is added. In my video, I should several examples of ink on an embossing folder, both on the embossed side and the de-bossed side.
In my video, I show this card with the ribbon wrapped around the layers and tied with a square knot and the greeting added much lower on the card.
