The Harvest Hoopla will be a fun, festive, quality retreat whether you choose the in person or the TO GO option. For both options, there will be a dedicated Facebook page where I will load videos of all classes and links will be sent to you if you add on any of the additional classes offered. I encourage you all to share your creations and comments in the group for all! In addition to videos, there will be printed directions for all classes.
While the ideal location for a retreat is in a hotel, Autumn in New England makes it truly unaffordable! So, I opted to host in our usual spot in Windham, NH. There are many hotels all within a 10 minute drive of the location, all with different rates and amenities!
The retreat will include 4 classes (more below), a canvas bag (great for travel), filled with almost $70 in new products, four “pillow gifts”, door prizes and other fun! The total cost of the retreat will include all food and table space in person or shipping for the TOGO option. This is my biggest and best retreat to date! Price is $114 for both options. In Person schedule:
Friday, October 4th- 6pm-10pm
–Stop by, check in, get your bags and classes
–choose your table space
–enjoy and ice cream sundae bar while we socialize.
–feel free to bring any projects from home that you would like to work on in addition to the retreat. I will have additional items for sale to work on while you are there too!
Saturday, October 5th 8am-10pm
–Check in if you did not Friday night.
–Work at your own pace.
–There will be plenty of coffee, tea, water, granola bars, chips, cookies and snacks throughout the day!
–Pack your own lunch or order out local
–Themed Dinner buffet
Sunday, October 6th 8am-4pm
–lunch provided along with plenty of snacks, coffee, tea and water
–work at your own pace
Now, the fun part! The classes.
Class 1 (included): Frames and Flowers
Three fun folds and lots of details makes these cards extra special! This class comes with A full pack of the Frames and Flowers DSP as well as a full spool of the Silver & White Sheer ribbon, both to be used in the class. All other materials will be cut and embossed.
Class 2 (included): Something For Everyone
Incredibly bright and fun for low stress crafting! This class comes with a full pack of the Something for Everyone Ephemera Pack, a pack of Sunny Springs Mix and Match Cards and Envelopes as well as a full pack of Dots For Days Embellishments, all to be used in the class.
Class 3 (included):
I LOVE this class! This class comes with all materials cut, die cut, embossed and a full pack of Earthtone Gems, to be used in the class.
Class 4 (included):
This is by far my favorite class! The colors are stunning. These items will be in the soon to be Sept-Dec mini catalog. Everything will be cut and ready for you to stamp and assemble. This class will come with 1/2 pack of the Regal Winter DSP, cut 6 x 12 and a pack of the Regal Foiled Adhesive Backed Dots. You will use the Dots in your class.
I am offering some additional classes that you can add for no additional shipping! We will tuck them right into your package.
Add on class 1: Potions & Spells $25
This class comes with kits to make two cards and two treat packages. There is lots of glittery fun, a pencil disguised as a broom and chocolate covered sunflower seeds. You will also get 1/2 pack, cut 6 x 12 of pretty glimmer paper and ribbon.
Add on class #2: Splendid Autumn $30
Everything will be cut, die cut and ready for you to stamp and complete these cards. The class will come with 1/2 pack of the Splendid Autumn 6 x 6 DSP, a full spool of the Wild Wheat Striped Ribbon and a pack of the Faux Glass Dots. The dots and ribbon will be used in your class.
Add On class #3: Winterly Tree Tops $25
This class features the Nests of Winter Suite coming soon. You will get everthing needed to complete these 5 cards. In addition, this class comes with 1/2 pack of the Nests of Winter 12 x 12 DSP, cut 6 x 12 and a full pack of the Earth Tone Shimmer Gems. You will use the gems in the class.
Add On Class #4 Yuletide Village Lighted 8 x 8 Shadow Box.$30
You have the option to not light this box if you prefer. For this class, you are purchasing and will receive the Yuletide Village stamp set and receiving all the DSP, card stock and lights. You will need to provide your own 8 x 8 shadowbox frame. You can find one here https://amzn.to/4ckxrpi . It comes in several colors- I love the white!) You will stamp the images in Momento ink and color with your own blends or colored pencils. You will receive templates for placing items and how, a video link and written directions. In addition, you will receive a new Wink of Stella with this class, intended to be used in class.
–TOGO stampers: For all classes (included or add on), you will need basic crafters supplies such as paper snips, adhesive, stamps with greeting, inks/markers/colored pencils.
–In person crafters: I will have all inks, markers, stamps, etc needed to complete all classes. You will simply need your basic adhesives, dimensionals, paper snips, bone folders, etc.

WHERE TO STAY: I must admit, I have not stayed at any of these places myself. Based on some recommendations of friends, I have chosen to list these places of varying degree in price and amenities. All are located in the next town over from Windham and just a short drive to the hall. Windham is a small, upscale community with no lodging. Salem is just north of the Massachusetts border. If you decide to make a vacation of it, there are a lot of great historical places to visit like Boston, Gloucester and more all within about 30-45 minutes drive south to Mass!

The Holiday Inn and La Quinta are more budget friendly and only about 6 miles from the hall. The Artisan is more upscale and located in a very cool shopping, dining district that was recently built in the last several years. It is located about 8 miles from the hall.
