Living in the Country Woods | My Stamping Spot

The Country Woods Suite is full of Beautifully textured DSP and earthy images!

Today I choose to focus on the bundle, Country Birdhouse. It seems we always have enough birds, but then this set came along-haha. The dies for this set make the bundle stand out in my opinion!

While I could have chosen to stamp many images, I decided instead to use the dies to cut out pieces for this birdhouse from the Country Woods Designer Series Paper. This pack of DSP has so many great textured images that will add so much creative fun to your cards and scrapbooking. I love the shiplap look for the main card layer and the dark wood texture for the trimmings on the house.

I used Basic Black for the bird house opening and the decorative post that the home sits on. I used the soon to be new Peach Pie card stock for the flowers, die cut for the Country Birdhouse dies. I used the new Country Flowers dies to cut the leaves were cut from Soft Seafoam and the flowers from that set were cut in Highland Heather and Fresh Freesia card stock.

The birdhouse was cut from Petal Pink and Embossed with the new Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder, available May 1st. I finished off the flowers with the Iridescent Pearls that will be carrying over into the new catalog.

Love all the pretty papers in the new catalog, but don’t want to purchase them all? Then let’s “share’ packages! I will group people, order DSP, divide and repackage DSP to ship to you! Each DSP is packaged separately and tagged with name.

This year, you will receive full sheets of the DSP as some pretty papers have images that would not be easily useable if cut in half. This is especially nice of you are a scrapbooker and want the big 12 x 12 pieces for your background papers!
