Thanksgiving 2025-Where does time go? It seems like just yesterday that I was a little girl polishing silver service ware for mom, while she prepared for a delicious meal! Mom always made the holidays special. She was happy, always singing and cooking from the heart! She was a great cook and an even better baker! The house would be full of sweet and savory smells, decorated for the season. Dad was usually peeling potatoes while whistling, boy I wish I had that talent of whistling a good tune! One of my sons inherited that ability.
I am so thankful that I grew up appreciating the love of Jesus, the love of a big family and understanding that sometimes, the littlest details showed the grandeur of our parents love for us.
I try to carry on traditions of my childhood while creating some new. Faith and family are the pillars of the Bedell household. “In everything give thanks:” –1 Thessalonians 5:18
When deciding what to focus on this week for my Spotlight class, I could not help but to choose the Delicate Framing Bundle. While it may not be the first stamp set you think of when you are looking for a stamp set of Gratitude, it does have some key wording that spoke to me.

The third card today has a favorite greeting of min, “Big Hugs”. I am a hugger!! Not everyone likes this, but honestly, it is as human as you can get: hugging. Embracing someone with a hug is the ultimate way to show you care.

I am so grateful and humbled to all of you that follow along with my journey. Your likes, comments and sharing on social media does not go unnoticed.
