For 12 days in a row, we will be revealing what each door holds in the 12 Days of Creativity Advent Calendar. Each day I will open one door and create a card featuring the product behind it.
I will be surprised right along with you as I open each door!
The fun thing about this calendar is that it comes with a fabulous stamp set that covers a wide variety of reasons that you would want to send a card to someone special. Birthday, thank you, miss you, get well and thinking of you are all covered in this one stamp set!
I get up early, turn on the stamp room lights and get to work on a new card each morning for this series. Then, I create my card, photo and begin to write my blog before I go live at 10AM. I am opening my advent calendar one day at a time. This keeps the ideas fresh, localized to the door of the day. Well, today I found the most wonderful surprise behind Door #5!! So wonderful was this product, that I spent so much time playing with it that I did not have the time to write up my blog before going live!!!
Today revealed a paint set-a watercolor paint set. However, this is no ordinary watercolor paint set. It has so much shimmer when dry-it is crazy!!!
I will be giving you the measurements for these cards, however, you should watch the video to see the techniques used to create these beautiful scenes. I am linking the video at the bottom of this post.
