The Country Flowers Bundle is the second bundle of the Country Woods Suite Collection. It has a strangely elegant feel for such a rustic set, especially combined with the Country Woods 12 x 12 DSP.
I used a Misty Moonlight 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ card base. I next layered a 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ pice of Basic White layered under a piece of the DSP cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″, These were added to the card front.
I stamped a greeting from the stamp set in Black Momento on a piece of Basic White cut to 3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″. Next, I stamped the stool and the jug images on DSP pieces. I used a sponge dauber to add Petal Pink ink to the Petal Pink jug. I added these pieces to the card front with dimensionals.
I stamped the flowers and die cut them. I colored them with Peach Pie, Shy Shamrock and Petunia Pop Blends, some of the new In Color Blends. Next, I popped them up onto the card front. For added fun, I placed some Basic Grey and Smokey Slate Pearls to the card front.
All items will be available on May 1st. Until then, shop the retired list and pick up some items before they are gone. Basics like envelopes, card stock and ink refills will be increasing in price on May 1 too…..it is a good time to stock up to beat the increase!
